I consent to Smyk Makeup sending my selfie to its AI providers (xAI, or Lovable and Google) only to create my brow preview, and, to the extent the law allows, I release Smyk Makeup from privacy claims about sending it to them for this purpose. Smyk Makeup does not store my selfie. If I attach a preview to my consultation, only Nataliia sees it and it is deleted automatically within 30 days, or sooner if I ask.

AI Brow Try-On terms

What it is: a free, optional AI preview of brow styles on your own selfie, to help you and Nataliia discuss shape, density and color. Booking never requires it.
18+ only. Upload only a photo of yourself.
Where your photo goes: it is sent securely to our AI provider, xAI (the Grok Imagine model that edits the image) or Lovable (our website and AI gateway provider) and Google (its image model), only to create your preview. They process it under their business terms and may keep request records for a limited time for security, abuse monitoring and troubleshooting before deleting them. We don't sell your photo or use it for advertising or to train AI.
Only your brows change: your own device finds where your brows are (nothing is sent for this step) and keeps your original eyes, lashes and skin everywhere else.
What we keep: nothing, unless you choose "Attach to my consultation". Then we keep only the chosen preview, your style and shade choices and any note you add, linked to your account, in private storage that only Nataliia can open. It is deleted automatically 30 days after you attach it. Your original selfie is never stored.
No marketing: your photo and preview are never posted on the website, social media or ads.
Your choices: you can remove an attached preview yourself at any time, or email bookings@smykmakeup.com (subject "Delete my AI preview") and we'll delete it within 7 days.
AI simulation, not a guarantee: the preview is computer-generated and may be inaccurate. Real results depend on your skin, healing and aftercare; healed brows are usually softer than freshly done brows. Nataliia may advise a different shape or color. This is not medical advice.
Release: to the extent permitted by law, you release Smyk Makeup and Nataliia Smyk from claims about sending your selfie to the providers named above for this purpose, and about the content or accuracy of an AI preview. This does not limit rights that the law says cannot be waived.
Limit: 3 previews per person per day.
