Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to book a procedure; amount varies by service, shown on each service page and at booking; one reschedule allowed.
• The free online consultation needs no deposit.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment once.

Refunds

• All services are non-refundable once performed.

Touch-ups

• If you are dissatisfied with the final result, I offer a complimentary touch-up session within 1 month to address any concerns. This does not include major design changes or alterations beyond the scope of the original treatment plan.
• Touch-Up (1–2 months after, $250) and Color Refresh (6+ months after, $350) are available to clients whose first procedure was done in my studio.

Consultation and results

• Every client receives a consultation before the procedure and reviews the pre-drawn design before we start.
• Permanent makeup fades over time and needs maintenance; results vary with skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.

Payment disputes

• "By proceeding with the service, you agree not to dispute the charges with your credit card company. If you have any concerns, I am committed to resolving them directly and will offer solutions, such as follow-up appointments or corrections."
